We’re excited that Honolulu Councilmember Stanley Chang has announced that he is running for Hawaii’s First Congressional District seat. As a member of the Honolulu City Council, he has shown that he is an effective advocate for his constituents and is very capable of fighting for the needs for his district and believe he is an exceptional candidate.
